Machine Operator – Baldwyn, MS 

Position Overview

TKO StaffPros is seeking dependable and hardworking Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Baldwyn, MS. Qualified candidates must have at least two years of manufacturing experience, including previous experience operating machinery in a production environment.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new equipment and production processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.

• Monitor equipment operation and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines.

• Learn and adapt to new machinery, equipment, and manufacturing processes.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or production issues to the appropriate supervisor.

• Meet daily production expectations while maintaining quality and efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience required.

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Ability to learn new equipment and follow instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Dependable work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $13.00 per hour

• Schedule: Day shift, starting at either 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM and ending at 5:30 PM.

• Location: Baldwyn, Mississippi
