SUMMARY: The Manual VTL Machinist II will perform alteration tasks on civil aviation articles in accordance with the current technical data provided in the manufacturers' Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Services Bulletins, service letters, Airworthiness Directives, government and industry standard practices, and other data acceptable to or approved by the FAA. In addition to that, the machinist will also develop, duplicate, and manufacture tooling equipment as required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5+ year of relevant/technical work experience OR
OR an Associate degree in lieu of 2 years experience
Strong understanding machining requirements.
Proficient and skilled in using precision measurement instruments.
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical specifications.
Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Flexible to changing workloads/priorities based on customer requirements.
Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high level of accuracy and quality.
