Soldering Repair Technician – 2nd Shift
Schedule Nights: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Repair Technician to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will perform precision soldering and rework on Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA), including manual solder touch-up, component replacement, and repair.
The ideal candidate has hands-on soldering experience, a solid understanding of electronic assemblies, and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual soldering, rework, and repair on PCBA components
- Conduct solder touch-ups to meet quality and IPC standards
- Replace and rework electronic components as needed
- Inspect assemblies for defects and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Follow work instructions, schematics, and technical documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Adhere to all safety and quality procedures
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with manual soldering and electronics repair
- Familiarity with Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA)
- Ability to work with small, detailed components
- Knowledge of IPC standards (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
