What you’ll do — fast facts
- Run and adjust conventional milling machines, including offsets
- Assemble cutters to holders and index inserts
- Use an overhead crane to load and unload parts
- Measure, verify, and document quality to spec and drawing
- Support troubleshooting with program, tooling, or machine issues
- Keep a clean, orderly work area and a helpful team attitude
Schedule & training
- On-site in Richmond, Illinois
- Training: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
- Regular schedule: 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–1:30am
- Overtime available as needed
Must-haves
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of machining experience
- Knowledge of feeds, speeds, and chip load
- Ability to read production drawings
- Willingness to work overtime
- On-site availability in Richmond, IL
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with FANUC CNC controls
- Prior industrial milling background
