Local Fabrication Company / Manual Machinist
Hydraulic Press Machinist
Pay: $16+ DOE
Hours: Monday - Thursday 5am - 5pm / Friday 5am - 3pm / Saturday 5am - noon!
Responsibilities/Skills Required:
- Operate hydraulic presses and manual machining equipment
- Set up machines and adjust settings as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
- Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
- Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean
- Follow all safety procedures and production requirements
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous manual machining experience preferred
- Experience operating a hydraulic press is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must be dependable and able to work a full Monday–Friday schedule
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
