Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, selecting tools, performing machining operations (turning, milling, grinding, etc.), inspecting parts with precision instruments, troubleshooting tooling issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve product quality.
The role involves setting up CNC machines and Wire EDM (training provided), adhering to safety standards, and completing documentation accurately.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in manual machining tools, strong knowledge of machining processes, and the ability to read technical drawings.
Ideal candidates have excellent attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and the capacity to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.
