Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze business requirements for Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM).
• Analyze issues, defects, and changes to existing MAWM functionalities.
• Build and execute test cases independently and perform hands-on configuration/testing within the system.
• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Prepare and maintain SOP documents.
• Translate user requirements into:
  • Functional designs
  • Technical designs
  • Application configurations
  • Testing scenarios
• Document all aspects of the system according to internal procedures, including:
  • URS (User Requirement Specifications)
  • Process flows
  • Functional specifications
  • Technical designs
  • Application configurations
  • Test scenarios
  • Support documents
• Provide ongoing MAWM application support.
• Support the migration of legacy WMS distribution centers to Manhattan Active WMS.
• Coordinate problem resolution with multiple external vendors, including:
  • TMS vendors
  • Packing system vendors
  • Conveyor system vendors
• Understand and work with technical-level integrations between MAWM and external systems.
• Demonstrate an understanding of cloud-based services and their application within WMS environments.
• Apply strong core IT experience in WMS implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and support.
• Candidates whose experience is primarily as a warehouse manager or warehouse end user will not be considered toward the required experience.
