Provide one-on-one nursing care in a private home setting where your clinical judgment, communication, and attention to the client’s comfort truly matter.


McKenney Home Care is seeking a Florida-licensed Registered Nurse for a private-duty overnight assignment in Estero. This client is receiving hospice services and requires a nurse who is comfortable working independently while having support from our office and nursing team.


Schedule
10:00 PM-5:00 AM Sunday's, Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's


Mandarin fluency is required for this assignment to support direct communication with the client and family.


What You’ll Do
Provide skilled nursing care according to the established plan of care
Monitor the client’s condition and report changes or concerns appropriately
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Support comfort, safety, and continuity of care throughout the overnight shift
Communicate with the client, family, hospice team, and McKenney Home Care as appropriate
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Follow agency policies, nursing direction, and client-specific care instructions


What We’re Looking For
Active Florida RN license in good standing
Mandarin-speaking ability required for this assignment
Hospice, home care, private-duty, hospital, or related nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and observation skills
Comfortable working independently in a private home setting
Valid Driver’s License
Current Auto Insurance
Reliable Transportation
Current hands-on CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
TB screening within the required timeframe or qualifying chest X-ray
Eligibility for AHCA Level 2 background screening, or willingness to complete the required screening
