We are seeking a caring and reliable Mandarin-speaking nanny to join our family in Needham. You will be responsible for the care and development of our two boys, ages 2 and 4. Your role will include preparing nutritious meals and snacks, organizing clean and safe play areas, engaging the children in educational and fun activities, and helping with family laundry tasks and kitchen tidying as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience with young children and be comfortable working in a home where at least one parent is working from home. Our previous nanny is reducing her hours, so we need someone who can fit into her schedule.
For part-time hours, you will work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 2 PM to 5 PM, with the possibility to extend to 6 PM. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, but could also consider candidates available 3-4 days per week.
