Prospect Equities® is seeking a motivated and client-focused
Leasing Agent to join our Chicago team. We provide ready leads, allowing you to focus on assisting clients, conducting apartment tours, and closing leases.
Position Details
- Part-time: approximately 10–20 hours per week
- Estimated earning potential: $2,000–$6,000 per month, depending on performance and completed leases
- Flexible schedule
- Chicago-based position
Responsibilities
- Conduct apartment tours with prospective renters
- Follow up with company-provided leads
- Understand clients’ housing needs and recommend suitable properties
- Respond to leasing inquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist clients with rental applications, documentation, and lease signing
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and follow-ups
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, text, email, and in person
- Familiarity with the Chicago rental market is preferred
- Previous leasing, sales, or real estate experience is preferred but not required
