What You'll Do:- Lead, mentor, and inspire the veterinary team
- Deliver high-quality care and drive medical excellence
- Partner on strategy, operations, and growth
- Perform diagnostics, surgeries, and exams as a hands-on DVM
What You'll Bring:- DVM or VMD degree and active FL license (or eligibility)
- 3+ years of clinical experience (leadership a plus!)
- Strong communication, mentorship, and team-building skills
- Passion for progressive medicine and practice development
