Stylist (Behind The Chair) & Management Responsibilities:

• Deliver full-service hair care, including expert cutting, styling, color, & perms.
• Manage client flow, ensuring appointments & walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care.
• Stay inspired & up to date with the latest industry trends & cosmetology trends.
• Maintain pristine personal station & assist with salon cleanliness.
• Assist with front desk operations, including client check-ins, payments, & opening/closing procedures.
• Foster a positive, collaborative salon culture.
• Support daily operations, including inventory control, retail merchandising, & schedule preparation.
• Address customer inquiries/concerns promptly ensuring satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, & motivate fellow stylists.

What We Are Looking For:

• An active Nevada Cosmetology License is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a full-service stylist with proven mastery of expert cutting, styling, advanced color, & perms.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Proficient with salon POS systems, cash handling, & social media posting.
• Understanding of retail sales strategies and inventory management.
• Weekend work required.
