Job Description:

TheBusiness Analyticsteamispivotal in the delivery of modern agency services.We are tightly integrated with planning and investment teams to deliver on and exceed our clients’business goals.

Responsibilities

External facing responsibilities:

  • Providing thought leadership around analytics, research, measurement, and ad-technology concepts / methods / tools.

  • Consulting with clients to identify business problems / opportunities and develop practical analytic roadmaps to make measurable impact on business outcomes.

  • Building bridges between disciplines within the agency, as well as external partners.

  • Looking beyond the usual sources and insight opportunities to find a solution when time and budget is limited.

  • Defining and executing the data strategy: Uncover data needs / opportunities and develop a practical roadmap to get maximum value from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data through integration and augmentation.

  • Identifyinggrowth opportunities at the brand and portfolio-level innovation and the adoption of new analytics technologies.

  • Investigating the impact of new data sources and technologies on the future of marketing and the vertical your client is operating. 

  • Providing ad hoc support to the clients to solve broad strategic marketing problems.

  • Leading and mentoring direct reports: Continually assess capabilities, provide a roadmap for career growth and institute goals to build / expand skills.

Internal facing responsibilities:

  • Provide methodological support, coaching,trainingand advice toyour direct reports and to the broader team.

  • Recruitnew talent.

  • Lead the development of playbooksfor audience and measurement activities to helpstandardize the delivery of high-quality marketing sciences services across the agency.

  • Responsible for the revenue goals of Business Analytics

  • Actively help to develop and growBusiness Analyticsofferingsby contributing toPOVs and exchanging knowledge with colleaguesat OM DTA

  • Stay on top ofindustrytrends and developments by conducting research, engaging intrainingand attending industry events.

Required Skills

  • Specializedin marketinganalyticsand data(1stand 3rdparty data solutions, data lakes, data clean rooms, aggregated and user level data)

  • Experience inintegratedmarketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, ROI development.  

  • Expertise inaudience-based marketing and data-driven advertising

  • Expert-level solutionsdevelopment: analytic skills, critical thinking and clarifying strategic & operational issues as relates to dataand analytics.  Problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution.

  • Strong track record of proven leadership ability and impactful client relationship experience

  • Stellar communication and presentation skills: we need someone who is articulate, engaging and straightforward – and, above all, can effectively and convincingly translate unstructured businesssolutionsinto innovative customer marketing programs

  • Organized and detail oriented, prioritizing work, business writing & presenting, conducting analysis, and project management (scope, budgeting, timing)

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations

  • Passionate about driving changeby adopting emerging technologies in the advertising space

Education and Experience

  • A university degreeand15+years ofdata and analyticsexperience in advertising, management consulting, marketing ordigitalconsulting

  • Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable

$150-$250K
