    Description

    A leading global consulting firm is seeking a Senior Actuarial Associate to join its growing Healthcare practice. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with payer and provider organizations on complex business challenges, strategic initiatives, and high-impact analytical projects across the healthcare industry.

    Location

    • Hybrid schedule, with 2-3 days per week in the office
    • Office locations available across most major U.S. metropolitan areas

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of actuarial experience
    • Progress toward ASA designation
    • Experience within a health plan/payer organization and/or consulting environment
    • Strong experience in one or more of the following: Medicare Advantage/Medicaid, ACA/Exchange, Value-Based Care, Risk Adjustment
    • Experience with Product development, Pricing, Claims analytics, and/or Healthcare data analysis
    • Strong analytical and technical capabilities with the ability to work with large, complex datasets
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations for clients and stakeholders

    Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic, analytical, and technical support to payer and provider clients
    • Analyze complex business issues and develop actionable insights
    • Support healthcare organizations with pricing, product strategy, cost management, and performance improvement initiatives
    • Conduct claims and healthcare data analysis to inform client decision-making
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on client engagements
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
    • Stay current on healthcare industry trends and market dynamics
