Responsibilities include managing cases, collaborating with legal teams on procedures, reviewing documents, drafting pleadings and motions, attending hearings and conferences (live, video, telephonic), and maintaining client communication.
Qualifications include a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, active AZ license, 2-5 years of litigation experience (preferably in secured creditor/mortgage law), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and additional skills like BKFS LoanSphere, SharePoint, and replevin handling are a plus.
