JOB PROFILE:
Manages the wood products business. This position is accountable for managing manufacturing operations, business growth, safety compliance, quality standards, workforce development\training, and customer satisfaction. .
Requirements:
Degree preferred.
Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, production, quality, or a related field.
Solid experience in plant safety, lean and kaizen
MS Dynamics
Profit & Loss (P&L) management experience required.
