JOB SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials supporting the deployment of Ezee Fiber’s fiber-optic infrastructure. This role leads warehouse staff, processes, and systems to ensure accurate inventory management, operational efficiency, and timely fulfillment of internal business partner needs. The Warehouse Manager collaborates closely with Field Operations, Procurement, and Logistics partners to support rapid growth and operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, and distribution.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff; oversee scheduling, performance management, and compliance with company policies.
• Establish and continuously improve warehouse processes, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and system reconciliation.
• Partner with Procurement and Operations to forecast material needs and ensure timely replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA requirements, and company health and safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, orders, and operational performance.
• Analyze warehouse metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve discrepancies, damages, or quality issues.
• Prepare and present inventory and operational reports to leadership.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directly supervise one or more employees. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management or operational leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven experience with inventory control and warehouse best practices.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite WMS (preferred).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience supporting construction, telecom, or fiber-optic operations is a plus.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Valid Driver’s License

PHYSICAL, FIELD, OR ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. The associate is required to communicate effectively, analyze information, and remain in a stationary position for portions of the workday. Regular movement throughout the assigned territory is required, including walking commercial properties and attending meetings. The associate may occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
