Manager, Video
Overview
As a Manager on the Video Investment team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to client counterparts and internal team members. You will be recognized as a thought leader in the TV and Online Video (OLV) media space, helping guide the team through the negotiation, activation, and execution of client business initiatives.
This role requires expertise across all areas of media activation and the ability to apply media investment principles to client objectives. Managing the overall budget authorization process within Video Investment is a critical component of the position.
The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with proven leadership skills, capable of managing team members while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, including Strategy, Analytics, and other key disciplines. Success in this role requires strong integration within the Hearts & Science client team and effective collaboration with partner agencies.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
