We value collaboration, clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, adaptability, and strong stewardship of the LEGO League experience. It's a team that shares ideas openly, learns from each season, and works together to create meaningful experiences for young people.
What success looks like
Success means delivering a seamless and inclusive US event experience while maintaining alignment with global standards and priorities. You'll build trusted partnerships, strengthen operational readiness, and create clearer pathways for continuous improvement.
