About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our US Corporate Communications team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and delivering events that showcase BioNTech's innovations, culture, and strategic priorities. Your work will span end-to-end event management, including concept development, logistics coordination, stakeholder and speaker support, and on-site execution. You will contribute to creating memorable, mission-driven experiences that strengthen internal engagement, support external relationships, and position BioNTech as an emerging oncology leader in the US.
Functionally, you will also report to the Associate Director of Global Corporate Events based at our headquarters in Germany. This ensures close alignment with global event strategy, standards, and best practices.

US based candidates expected Pay Range: $115,100 - $140,000/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (bonus and equity is variable and dependent on company and individual performance). *Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
