What You’ll Do


Leadership & Team Development

•  Lead, coach, and motivate front and back of house teams 
•  Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and energy 
•  Hire, train, and develop staff to meet brand standards 
•  Maintain a positive, respectful workplace culture 

Customer Service Excellence

•  Ensure every guest has a top-tier experience 
•  Actively manage the dining room and resolve guest concerns 
•  Train staff on steps of service, upselling, and hospitality 
•  Drive online reviews and guest satisfaction scores 

Food Quality & Operations

•  Enforce food quality, consistency, and presentation standards 
•  Oversee kitchen operations, prep, and execution 
•  Maintain cleanliness, organization, and health code compliance 
•  Ensure all food safety standards are followed 

Financial Performance & Targets

•  Manage labor to hit target percentages 
•  Control food and alcohol costs through inventory and waste management 
•  Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals 
•  Analyze reports and implement strategies to increase profitability 

Marketing & Sales Growth

•  Execute in-store promotions and community outreach 
•  Drive sales through local marketing, events, and partnerships 
•  Support and promote campaigns (specials, LTOs, events) 
•  Build relationships with the local community to grow the brand 

What We’re Looking For

•  2+ years of restaurant management experience 
•  Strong leadership and communication skills 
•  Proven ability to hit financial targets (labor, food cost, sales) 
•  Passion for hospitality and guest experience 
•  Ability to stay level-headed in high-pressure situations 
•  Hands-on leader who leads from the floor, not the office
