During the training period, the Manager Trainee will learn to identify, analyze, and apply effective business strategies and operational processes. Trainees will gain a thorough understanding of the company’s core functions and day-to-day operations. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and adaptability are critical for success in this role.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, biology, agriculture, engineering, or related discipline

• Prior experience in management or a related professional role preferred

• Above average proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Highly detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to travel overnight approximately 1–5 times per month

• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
