Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and community networking
• Educate clients on Farmers Insurance products and recommend tailored coverage
• Quote, bind, and service auto, home, life, and commercial policies
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Meet sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experience

• Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
• Sales experience preferred; insurance experience a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
