We are looking to hire an Manager, Total Rewards Integration (Compensation & Global Mobility) immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Position Overview:

This role supports the Compensation programs analysis, design, and implementation workstream for Total Rewards integration. The position partners closely with Total Rewards leadership, Regional Total Rewards Integration Leads, internal stakeholders and external partners to support compensation program assessment, design alignment, implementation planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-Day 1 execution.

This role helps translate global compensation design decisions into practical implementation plans, readiness materials, stakeholder inputs, communication support, risk and decision tracking, and follow-up actions. The position will support the implementation and rollout of global compensation programs across regions

Key Responsibilities

1.Support compensation program analysis and design decisions

Partner with Total Rewards leadership, internal and external stakeholders to support analysis and design work for compensation programs, including STI, LTI, ESPP, stock plan administration, and other compensation-related programs.

  1. Support alignment with McCormick's Global Job Framework (GJF)

Ensure compensation design decisions align with McCormick's Global Job Framework, including job leveling, eligibility considerations, incentive plan alignment, governance requirements, and related implementation and communication needs.

  1. Support stock plan administration and implementation

Coordinate stock plan administration integration activities, including vendor coordination, implementation planning, transition activities, stakeholder alignment, and readiness tracking to support successful execution.

  1. Coordinate STI, LTI, and ESPP design, rollout, and readiness

Support implementation planning, communication inputs, stakeholder coordination, and Day 1 readiness activities.

  1. Support regional rollout of global compensation programs

Partner with Regional Total Rewards Integration Leads to support the country and regional rollout of compensation program changes, helping ensure local readiness, stakeholder alignment, communication support, issue resolution, and implementation tracking.

  1. Translate compensation design decisions into implementation plans

Develop practical implementation plans, timelines, stakeholder checklists, readiness materials, process documentation, communication inputs, and follow-up actions to support execution of approved compensation program decisions.

  1. Support Global Mobility integration activities

Coordinate targeted Global Mobility integration activities, including support for policy and process review, vendor coordination, stakeholder alignment, communication inputs, readiness tracking, and follow-up actions, as needed.

  1. Track decisions, risks, dependencies, and implementation requirements

Maintain decision logs, risk and issue trackers, action plans, owners, timelines, dependencies, and escalation items to support governance, alignment, and timely execution across the broader Total Rewards integration workstream.

  1. Communications and process materials

Work with Total Rewards, HR, Communications, Payroll, Legal, Finance, external partners, and regional teams to support updates to employee communications, process materials, vendor documentation, payroll inputs, and other Day 1 and post-Day 1 materials.

  1. Support Day 1 readiness and execution activities

Coordinate readiness activities across compensation and global mobility programs, systems, payroll, vendors, communications, data, governance, and regional stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood, planned, tested where applicable, and executed in line with integration timelines.

  1. Support post-Day 1 implementation and harmonization activities

Support follow-up actions, issue resolution, program stabilization, and approved post-Day 1 harmonization activities related to compensation programs, processes, vendors, and administration.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field required, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, HR integration, HR project delivery, or related work within a multinational organization.
  • Experience working across multiple countries or regions, with an understanding of local market practices, statutory requirements, compensation practices, payroll dependencies, mobility considerations, and regional governance requirements.
  • Strong experience supporting compensation programs, including STI, LTI, ESPP, equity or stock plan administration, annual compensation planning, or other global compensation programs.
  • Experience translating compensation design decisions into practical country or regional readiness plans, implementation materials, communications, and follow-up actions.
  • Experience supporting compensation program rollout activities, including local readiness, stakeholder alignment, communication support, issue resolution, and implementation tracking.
  • Working knowledge of Global Mobility programs, policies, processes, vendors, or assignee-related considerations preferred.
  • Strong project management and execution experience, including developing workplans, readiness materials, trackers, decision logs, risk and issue logs, action plans, and stakeholder updates.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to summarize findings, document recommendations, track decisions, and maintain accurate program materials.
  • Prior M&A, integration, or harmonization experience preferred.

Base Salary: $103,520 - $181,150

Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick's Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
