You ensure that targets related to quality delivery reliability safety and productivity are achieved. Together with fellow managers you lead the complete engineering organization and help define the strategic direction of Engineering. In this role you work closely with the Manager Account Engineering Customer Focus Teams Unit Managers and your colleagues within the Engineering Management Team.
