    Join our team! As a Manager, Technical Product Owner you'll leadi IT product teams and oversee technology delivery for a business-critical software area.

    The role manages 8 direct reports and requires someone who can operate as a polished, strategic technology leader—not simply take orders from the business, but professionally challenge stakeholders, create executive-level summaries, participate in steering committees, and serve as a change agent during transformations.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Leading IT product teams and communicating product status to executives
    • Defining technology vision, product direction, and roadmaps
    • Managing product backlogs, user stories, iteration planning, and release plans
    • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business value
    • Partnering with business leadership on product growth and modernization
    • Supporting Agile delivery, SLAs, implementations, and programming standards
    • Removing impediments and driving continuous improvement
    • Supervising, developing, and managing product staff

    The ideal candidate should come from a software development background, preferably with experience in the Microsoft stack/C#, and be comfortable in architectural review discussions. Interested candidates should also understand emerging AI tools and trends, including Claude, frontier models, AI application modernization, and hands-on experimentation such as vibe coding.
