    Position Overview, Duties And Responsibilities:

    Crown Holdings is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our HR team and lead the Talent Acquisition efforts for Corporate Functions for Crown North America. In this role, you will attract, source, and hire top talent to support our corporate functions and serve as a go to subject matter expert for all Crown Plant HR Managers in US and Canada. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting expertise, a solid understanding of manufacturing industry dynamics, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring leaders. You will have experience running corporate programs, being the recruiting subject matter expert go to and manage third party vendor engagements and contracts.

    Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas, you will help shape Crown’s workforce and contribute to the organization’s continued success. This position requires deep experience with Workday ATS and some high-level understanding of Workday recruiting implementation is highly preferred.

    Talent Acquisition:

    Build relationships and collaborate with corporate and plant-level leaders and Divisional HR Directors to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies that attract qualified candidates, support business priorities, and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs.

    • Candidate Generation
    • Screening and Selection
    • Interview Coordination
    • Offer Negotiation
    • Onboarding Support

    You will manage the Early in Career Emerging Talent programs in North America including the Intern and Rotational Forward Programs. You will have free reign to introduce efficiencies and best practices to elevate these programs and expand their success in driving the hiring of Crown's high performing future generations.

    Qualifications:

    In addition to the specific responsibilities listed above, the ideal candidate will possess the following:

    • Experience Recruiting in Workday ATS required. Experience with a Workday Recruiting module implementation is a bonus.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
    • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, candidate attraction, sourcing using a variety of tools, resume screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
    • Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans that connect qualified candidates with current and future business needs.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and leaders across the organization.
    • Proficiency using recruitment technology, applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and HR software tools to manage candidates and improve recruiting efficiency.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment data, identify trends, and use metrics to recommend process improvements.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information, sensitive business matters, and candidate interactions.

    Travel

    • Domestic Travel requirements up to 20%

    Note: 

    This is an office-based position, and individuals are expected to be in the office 5 days per week. Crown offers a flexible work hour schedule.
