Responsibilities:THE ROLE:
As a System Test Engineering Manager within the Product Development Group, you will lead system test engineering efforts that enable AMD’s next‑generation accelerator products from early development through high‑volume manufacturing. This role is responsible for defining system‑level test strategy, driving execution across lab, manufacturing, and customer environments, and ensuring robust coverage for functionality, compatibility, and reliability.
You will manage and mentor a team of system test engineers while working cross‑functionally with design, product engineering, operations, and business partners to ensure products meet quality, schedule, and customer expectations. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and strong execution ownership in a fast‑paced product development environment.
