Schedule:Evening Shift 11:00am-7:30pm
Reports To:Senior Director of Surgical Services

Are you a dynamic and experienced RN leader ready to make a meaningful impact in surgical care? Join our team as theEvening Shift Manager of Surgical Services, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring excellence in patient care, team performance, and operational efficiency during evening hours.

Job Summary:

Oversee the daily operations of Surgical Services departments during the evening shift.
Manage staffing, workflow, and service delivery to ensure high-quality patient care.
Collaborate with the Senior Director to implement strategic initiatives and maintain compliance.
Foster a positive, professional environment that supports teamwork and continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
Qualifications:

CurrentNorth Carolina or Multistate RN licensurerequired.
ActiveBLS certification.
ACLS Required
CNOR Preferred
Proven experience inSurgical Services.
Demonstratedleadership experiencein a healthcare setting.
Strongorganizational,communication, andcustomer serviceskills.
Proficient incomputer systemsand healthcare technologies.

Qualifications include current NC or Multistate LPN license, current BLS.
