Job Summary:
Oversee the daily operations of Surgical Services departments during the evening shift.
Manage staffing, workflow, and service delivery to ensure high-quality patient care.
Collaborate with the Senior Director to implement strategic initiatives and maintain compliance.
Foster a positive, professional environment that supports teamwork and continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
Qualifications:
CurrentNorth Carolina or Multistate RN licensurerequired.
ActiveBLS certification.
ACLS Required
CNOR Preferred
Proven experience inSurgical Services.
Demonstratedleadership experiencein a healthcare setting.
Strongorganizational,communication, andcustomer serviceskills.
Proficient incomputer systemsand healthcare technologies.
