Manager, Surgical Admin - Operating Room

JOB SUMMARY:

Accountable for the leadership, coordination, and ongoing development of services to Surgical Services at Rady Children's Hospital. Has full human resources management Responsibility for assigned team. Contributes to budget and capital development; serves as key finance reporting and analysis resource; maintains responsibility for achieving budgetary objectives and responsible for capital Strata software program entries. Assists the Director with operational planning, materials management, billing/reimbursement and provides administrative oversight for the business operations within all surgical services departments and assigned staff. Implements business practices to uphold Rady Children's Hospital mission, values, and policies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

3 Years of Experience

Knowledge and experience with financial analysis including reports and material management functions

3-years experience in healthcare services

Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree

The current salary range for this position is $43.56 to $59.91
