Position Responsibilities:
Lead supply chain planning for a US division, including inventory management, promotional and new product planning, item/vendor maintenance, supplier collaboration, purchasing, and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) with multiple distribution centers
Provide leadership and coaching to supply chain planners, ensuring the team focuses on cross-functional collaboration with supply chain partners and key stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships
Continuously improve the supply chain to meet customer needs, establish annual goals aligned with corporate objectives, and manage performance
Ensure end-to-end product supply is managed by identifying risks and developing contingency supply strategies to guarantee continuity
Collaborate with the inbound freight and logistics function on network design and efficient operations, managing the flow of goods between suppliers and distribution centers to ensure adequate stocking
Other duties as assigned
