Manager, Supply Chain Planning

Responsibilities

Must be available to work onsite in the Rosemont office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on

Fridays.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across the supply chain, including AI, automation, advanced analytics, and system enhancements that improve service, cost, and operational performance.
• Support the supply chain functions for new business growth including participating in new customer workshops, conferences, and other events.
• Lead a Supply Chain team responsible for solving business problems, leading complex multi-company projects, and executing our Supply Chain Strategy.
• Coordinate and manage monthly project reviews with internal and external senior leadership including preparing data-driven material for presentations to report against metrics and gauge efficiencies.
• Ensure team is focused on cross-functional collaboration with Customer, Supply Chain functional groups, distribution center operations, suppliers, and any other supply chain partners to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
• Develop and manage supply chain projects such as implementing new supply chain solutions, process improvement changes, creating new reporting, customer KPI dashboards, supplier collaboration processes, and more.
• Manage the supply chain project portfolio including the prioritization of initiatives and timelines
• Travel required up to 20% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor''s Degree with 6 to 8 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master''s Degree
