The Manager, Supply Chain Operations owns the overall performance of Duly's buying and inventory functions, setting the operational priorities that guide their teams and translating the Director of Supply Chain Operations' strategic direction into scalable processes and measurable results. This manager is accountable for purchase order accuracy and timeliness, inventory par level optimization, and consistent product availability for clinics and departments across all sites of care - while actively managing the tradeoffs between supply reliability and cost efficiency, identifying process improvements, and partnering cross-functionally to resolve recurring supply chain issues before they impact patient care.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Operational Oversight
Lead and develop the Buyers, Inventory Management Specialists, and any Supervisors within the team, ensuring purchasing and inventory operations run smoothly and scale effectively across all sites.
Purchasing & Inventory Strategy
Own the accuracy and integrity of purchasing and inventory operations across Duly's clinic and facility network, setting the standards and processes the team executes against.
Vendor Management & Escalation Resolution
Own vendor performance and serve as the primary point of resolution for supply chain issues affecting clinics and departments.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Translate purchasing and inventory performance into insights and process improvements that inform departmental strategy.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT SCOPE
Manage team of 5 direct reports and work cross functionally with leaders in finance, accounting, sourcing, legal, and clinical operations
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

5-7 years of experience across purchasing, planning, and supply chain

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $79K-118K, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
