JOB SUMMARY:
Post University seeks a driven, results-oriented sales professional to join our growing Strategic Partnerships team as a Strategic Partnerships Manager. This role is at the forefront of selling and expanding employer partnerships that drive employer-sponsored enrollment growth.
We operate as a sales organization with a consulting mindset. Strategic Partnerships Managers are responsible for managing a defined portfolio of partners, developing growth strategies for high-value accounts, and executing outreach and on-site engagement to deliver measurable results. We're looking for self-motivated, competitive, and disciplined team members to help position Post University as the first choice for working professionals and their family members to continue their education.
The ideal candidate thrives by prospecting, building strong business relationships, uncovering revenue-generating opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with partner goals. Success is measured not just in action, but in outcomes - enrollments and starts (for non-healthcare accounts). Your business development activity will support our partners' workforce development, education, and training goals through discovery, consultation, outreach, promotion, onsite events, engagement, and advising.
This position reports to the Director of National and Strategic Partnerships and collaborates closely with our Strategic Growth Team and University leadership.
Salary Range: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 Annually
Location, Travel, and Schedule
Whenever working remotely, the candidate's home network must meet the minimum required speed and follow the hardware connection settings determined by their provisioned equipment and department role. Additionally, candidates must have a reliable Internet connection and a designated and private home office or alternative workspace free from noise or distractions.
