We are currently seeking a Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Executive Operations to support our CCRM Fertility business. CCRM Fertility is a global pioneer in fertility treatment, research, science, specializing in IVF, fertility testing, egg freezing, preimplantation genetic testing, third-party reproduction, and egg donation. The Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Executive Operations is an execution-focused leader who thrives on turning strategy into action. Sitting within the Special Projects team, this role is responsible for driving high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation. Ideal candidates bring a strong project management or transformation office background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate complex workstreams while maintaining a sharp focus on outcomes.

 

This role serves as the operational backbone of the team's initiative portfolio, developing business cases and workplans, tracking progress against milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and with measurable impact. Leveraging operational and financial data, the manager provides actionable insights, supports decision-making, evaluates outcomes, and identifies opportunities to improve performance.

 

The Manager also acts as a central point of coordination across stakeholders, driving alignment, facilitating decision-making, and maintaining transparency throughout the lifecycle of each initiative. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, attention to detail, and a relentless focus on accountability, ensuring critical priorities move forward and deliver meaningful business results.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic initiative execution end-to-end: Lead high-priority initiatives from concept through implementation, developing business cases, building project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, removing blockers, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Lead with data and insights: Leverage operational and financial data to assess performance, identify opportunities, measure impact, and inform recommendations through rigorous, data-driven analysis.
  • Build accountability and governance structures: Design and maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance processes that provide visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes across the initiative portfolio.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making: Facilitate working sessions and stakeholder discussions that build momentum, resolve issues, align priorities, and accelerate execution across teams.
  • Manage strategic and special projects: Lead complex, high-visibility projects on behalf of senior leadership, bringing structure, accountability, and executional rigor to critical business priorities.
  • Champion adoption and change management: Partner with business leaders and functional teams to ensure new initiatives, processes, and tools are effectively implemented, adopted, and sustained across the organization.
  • Provide leadership and operational support: Enhance leadership effectiveness by managing key operating rhythms, coordinating agendas, driving follow-through on action items, and ensuring critical reviews are well-prepared and executed.
  • Develop executive-ready communications: Synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and compelling presentations, memos, business cases, and briefing materials for senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes: Establish strong partnerships across the organization, proactively identifying barriers, addressing concerns, securing support, and fostering accountability to achieve strategic objectives.

 

Additional Job Functions:

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation, incorporating industry best practices and emerging methodologies into CCRM operations
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related discipline required; master’s degree preferred
  • 4-7 yrs experience in finance, banking, consulting
  • Extensive experience leading business process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives within large or complex organizations 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
  • Advanced analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and measurable business outcomes
  • Expertise in process design, documentation, and facilitation across broad, cross-functional scopes
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
  • Strong project leadership skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational change
  • Background in consulting (strategy or operations) combined with hands-on change management, organizational design, or strategy execution in healthcare preferred. Healthcare operations experience also valued
