Flexible Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Audubon, PA
The Manager, Stakeholder Process & Engagement (SPE) will report through the Member Services sub-division under the guidance and direction of the Exec. Director, Member Services. The Manager, SPE will partner with the Sr. Manager, of Stakeholder Affairs, other leadership in GMS as needed and Manager, Corporate Events to partner on stakeholder-related activities including but not limited to committee coordination, meeting support and logistics, voting support and issues tracking for all of the stakeholder groups within PJM.
The Manager, SPE will support all areas of stakeholder process and engagement, including implementing rules and procedures relating to the stakeholder process in Manual 34 and the Operating Agreement, identifying and providing training to PJM facilitators, chairs and secretaries, providing consultative services to PJM facilitation teams to ensure efficient, effective stakeholder meetings, managing the stakeholder process related tools, and providing necessary leadership and support for stakeholder outreach. This includes leading the team in partnering with the Sr. Manager, Stakeholder Affairs and PJM subject matter experts, PJM advocates, PJM chairs, facilitators and secretaries, and responsiveness to stakeholders in the process.
