Overview:

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

 

The Manager, Sourcing Analyst role is a player-coach leader responsible for managing and developing a team of sourcing professionals while ensuring high-quality execution of end-to-end strategic sourcing and contract management activities. This role drives enterprise value through effective supplier selection, negotiation, contract structuring, and governance, while aligning sourcing strategies with business objectives.

 

This role ensures sourcing operations are compliant with Bank policies and third-party risk management requirements and works closely with internal stakeholders to deliver cost optimization, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. This role also focuses on building team capability, standardizing processes, and enhancing sourcing maturity across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Managerial Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and department goals. Makes appropriate changes to team procedures and efficiencies to meet objectives. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. Maximizes department achievements by providing professional development.
  • Sourcing Oversight - Manages the planning, execution, and successful completion of sourcing programs and projects. Manages a team of associates that negotiate vendor solutions for business needs. Conduct ongoing monitoring of program effectiveness and associate performance, implementing process enhancements as necessary. Oversees effective, consistent communications between sourcing team and internal stakeholders. Works with leadership on reporting, contract structuring and negotiation, providing guidance on complex vendor relationships or issues.
  • Business Support - Develops a change management strategy and communication plan that minimizes risk while maximizing benefits. Works closely with management, lines of business, and project teams throughout sourcing activities.
  • Risk Management - Collaborates with the Risk Management department to align with the Third-Party Risk Management program, and to foster risk management education and awareness.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Contract Structuring and Negotiation (Price and terms) for Services, Consulting, Software and Outsourcing Agreements

OR

High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Contract Structuring and Negotiation (Price and terms) for Services, Consulting, Software and Outsourcing Agreements

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong third-party lifecycle management experience
  • Strong contract lifecycle management experience
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P) knowledge and experience
  • Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing, coaching, and managing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional vendor relationship management skills with ability to drive performance, accountability, and strategic partnerships.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with Coupa procurement platform
  • Experience using contract lifecycle management systems, such as Icertis
  • Experience with Archer governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform
  • Experience with leveraging RFP management tools
