    Job Duties: Interface with the Product Owner, Tech Leads, Architects, Business, QA, and Technology Operations to ensure high-quality delivery of software projects on time and on budget. Self-driven individual contributor; provide well-organized, well-designed logic; be highly motivated and well-versed in developing robust, easily maintainable applications. Prototype, validate, and create specific application solutions for the business. Lead the team in executing the development pipeline and delivering the organization's software products to QA and, ultimately, to Production. Identify technology risks and dependencies early to establish mitigation plans. Create artifacts for each project, such as Software Architecture documentation, Technical Use Cases, and Code Review Packages. Meet periodically with onshore and offshore developers to review and improve code quality, requirements specifications, and design methodologies. Utilize automated software test tools and frameworks, including test-driven development, to achieve software quality standards. Support integration efforts to build whole systems from various subsystems. Support the release manager in assembling releases and driving improvements in the release process.

    Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor's in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in a related occupation. . Experience must include 72 months of experience involving the following: Enterprise application development using C# and .NET technologies; Designing and implementing REST-based web service APIs in transaction-processing environments; API test automation concepts and integration of automated testing with deployment pipelines; Enterprise-scale web application development using modern front-end technologies, including Angular or React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript; Messaging and streaming technologies, including RabbitMQ and Kafka; Working with relational and document-oriented databases, including SQL Server and MongoDB; Continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts and tools, including systems such as Bamboo, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Harness, Git Actions, or Octopus Deploy; Object Character Recognition (OCR) platforms, such as Hyperscience or Datacap; and Agile software development methodologies, including Agile values and practices.

    We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
