Creativity Apps QA team is looking for a highly motivated Software Developer in Test Manager that has a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality releases for iOS/macOS and web-based apps. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a passion and/or background in video editing to contribute to the production of innovative tools for creative professionals, video makers, and visual storytellers.
As an SDET Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of Software DevelopmentEngineers in Test, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and collaboration. Manage multiple priorities, projects, set team goals, evaluate performance, and create development plans to help team members achieve their full potential. Communicate risks, progress, and solutions effectively to all levels of the organization. Ensure the adoption of the latest testing methodologies and tools to maintain high-quality standards. Oversee the development and maintenance of automated test cases in Swift and Python. Advocate for quality across the software development lifecycle, driving continuous improvement in processes and tools. Act as a key liaison between the QA team and product management, engineering, and other stakeholders.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $228,100 and $342,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
