    Position Summary...

    The Manager, Site Merchandising, leads the design and optimization of site layouts and category displays to enhance customer engagement and drive traffic. This role leverages customer analytics and market research to inform strategic site changes and merchandising initiatives. The position requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to influence decisions and deliver business insights. The manager oversees campaign launches, monitors performance metrics, and supports continuous improvement efforts to meet organizational goals while maintaining high standards of integrity and operational excellence.

    About the team:
    The Site Merchandising team leads the online food shopping experience by managing visual merchandising, content strategy, site functionality, and campaign execution. This team drives continuous improvement and innovation to deliver a seamless, engaging site experience that supports eCommerce growth. Utilizing customer insights, market research, and strategic planning, the team shapes site capabilities aligned with business goals. Collaboration across functions and data-driven decision-making are essential to developing impactful site strategies that enhance customer engagement and business performance. The team values clear communication and strategic influence to achieve measurable results.
    What you'll do:
    • Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing category displays, product layouts, and featured items to drive unpaid traffic.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional partners to enhance customer navigation and search strategies.
    • Analyze customer behavior and market data to recommend site changes and improve performance.
    • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
    • Develop and execute launch plans for campaigns and promotions, evaluating their effectiveness.
    • Utilize analytics tools to measure site traffic, content relevance, and customer trends.
    • Lead and mentor associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering continuous improvement.

    What you'll bring:
    • Proven expertise in site merchandising, including site navigation, visual merchandising, and use of administrative tools such as Tempo and Tango.
    • Strong ability to analyze customer behavior and market data to inform site and category strategies.
    • Demonstrated skills in influencing and communicating complex information clearly across cross-functional teams.
    • Experience in developing and executing category strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Proficiency in campaign planning, product launches, and performance evaluation.
    • Ability to leverage SEO and web analytics to optimize site structure and content.
    • Competence in data analysis and storytelling using tools like SQL and Tableau.
    • Leadership experience in mentoring and developing team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

    The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
