What you will do
The Manager of SIOP & Supply Chain leads all aspects of the site's supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics to ensure material availability, inventory optimization, and on-time customer delivery. This role is critical in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that align operational execution with business objectives, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Manages all aspects of supply chain operations including procurement, production planning, inventory control, warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, and logistics to achieve customer delivery, inventory, cost, quality, and operational objectives.
- Oversees the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process to align customer demand, supply capabilities, inventory targets, and manufacturing capacity with business objectives
- Manages procurement operations and supplier relationships, including sourcing, supplier performance management, negotiations, contract administration, supplier development, risk mitigation, and purchasing activities. Supports day-to-day procurement execution as required, including purchase order placement, expediting, shortage resolution, and supplier issue management to ensure material availability and achievement of cost, quality, and delivery objectives
- Manages production planning activities, including demand planning, master scheduling, material planning, capacity management, and production scheduling to ensure efficient material flow and achievement of customer delivery, inventory, and operational objectives.
- Manages warehouse and inventory operations, including inventory control, receiving, shipping, storage, material traceability, cycle counting, inventory optimization, and working capital initiatives to support production schedules, customer delivery requirements, and inventory performance objectives.
- Leads supply chain continuous improvement initiatives through development and deployment of procurement, planning, inventory, and warehouse processes to improve operational efficiency, inventory performance, material flow, and customer delivery results.
- Leads and directs work for team of employees as defined by business needs
- Manages staff selection, performance, development and training processes to ensure team competencies and capabilities to reach the business goals and expectations.
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree is required (equivalent experience may be considered), master's degree is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain leadership
- Proof of US citizenship
- Able to lead individuals locally and through a matrixed organization
- Able to research and analyze data
- Able to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to collaborate and influence stakeholders
- Excellent customer service orientation

- Proficient in project management tools (i.e. MS Project) or similar tool (s)
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices, procedures, and standards policy and procedure development techniques
- Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to federal and state tax codes
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
- Knowledge of computerized information systems used in financial and/or accounting principles
- Intermediate knowledge of PC software applications and strong understanding of PC operating systems
