The Manager / Senior Manager, Sales Finance & Planning - Costco & Club (Sam's, BJ's, Pricesmart) partners across the organization to drive long-term growth and profitability at Danone. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in delivering our business objectives by managing the financial execution of the business plan and collaborating cross-functionally to support both customer-specific strategies and broader company goals.

We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager, Sales Finance & Planning to serve as the primary finance business partner for the Costco / Club Sales Team. This role is responsible for owning and leading core financial and planning processes, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in our ways of working. The position includes one direct report and can be based in either White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly close / pre-close, forecast, and mid-month NS trend processes for the Costco & Club Divisions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Own financial analysis and reporting to deliver actionable insights and challenge assumptions, helping shape strategic decisions.
  • Communicate business outlook, risks, and opportunities to finance and sales leadership with clarity and impact.
  • Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to influence decisions that drive profitable growth.
  • Act as the key liaison between demand planning and sales teams to ensure alignment on volume forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customer-level plans within the trade management system.
  • Work closely with category commercial sales, revenue management, and customer sales teams to establish trade targets and support pricing strategies.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis (i.e., customer business case financial scenarios) and special projects (i.e., post-mortem financial analysis of promo events, trade GTF analysis) on a recurring basis

The salary range for this position is $118k-169k USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
