    We are looking for a Manager, Sourcing & Procurement to join our Services Sourcing team in the Services business area. In this role, you will drive strategic sourcing activities, manage supplier relationships, and support business performance through effective procurement practices, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.You will report to the Sr. Manager, Components Sourcing, and the role location is Gurugram or Vadodara, onsite working model. Frequent travel to supplier locations across India is required.

    You will join the Services Sourcing team, which is responsible for sourcing and procurement activities that support the Services business. The team works closely with engineering, project management, quality, and proposal functions to ensure timely delivery, supplier performance, and sourcing excellence.The team collaborates with suppliers across India and internal stakeholders throughout the procurement lifecycle, with a shared focus on delivering reliable, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing solutions.

    What you'll do

    • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for the Services business, managing the end-to-end procure-to-pay process for assigned categories and projects.
    • Prepare and manage requests for quotation (RFQs), conduct commercial negotiations, finalize purchase orders, and drive timely order execution.
    • Develop and maintain sourcing and planning schedules while coordinating with engineering, project management, and quality teams to support manufacturing readiness.
    • Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, monitor supplier performance, and maintain vendor load schedules and ratings.
    • Drive supplier development initiatives within categories such as mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical and instrumentation components.
    • Expedite supplier deliveries, proactively resolve supply-related issues, and support continuous improvement across sourcing activities.
    • Maintain accurate procurement data, reporting, and system updates using SAP and other business tools.

    What you'll bring

    • Extensive experience in procurement and sourcing, with the ability to manage strategic sourcing activities and supplier relationships independently.
    • Strong technical understanding of engineering, manufacturing processes, and industrial products.Demonstrated capability to negotiate commercial agreements and manage contractual discussions effectively.Understanding of supply chain processes and sourcing best practices in a project-driven environment.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, project management, quality, and commercial teams.
    • Solid working knowledge of SAP Materials Management (SAP-MM), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications.Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on schedule.
    • Effective communication skills and a secure command of English.
    • Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Automation Engineering.
    • Product knowledge related to grinding, bulk material handling, filtration, smelting, hydrometallurgy, beneficiation, de-watering, or crushing and screening equipment.
