    Position Title: Manager Security Administration

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Own and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, standards, and procedures across all Dal-Tile systems.
    • Oversee security and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance for user provisioning, role design, and segregation of duties (SoD).
    • Implement and maintain identity lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers).
    • Manage enterprise and organizational repository access and governance.
    • Collaborate with Information Technology (IT) and business teams to design and implement IAM solutions.
    • Lead development and integration of identity-related tools (e.g., SAP GRC, CSI Tools, Azure AD).
    • Manage evaluation, customization, and implementation of IAM technologies.
    • Act as the primary liaison for IAM initiatives with global counterparts (EMEA/Mohawk).
    • Provide guidance to developers and security analysts on IAM best practices.
    • Contribute to departmental strategy and goal development for security and compliance.
    • Develop dashboards for access control, aging tickets, and compliance metrics.
    • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to SOX and corporate policies.

    MINIMUM EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a directly related field of study.
    • Requires the following experience:
    • 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to include the following: support for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide policies, standards, and procedures.
    • 8 years of experience applying the following: cybersecurity principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    • 8 years of experience with each of the following: SAP GRC, CSI Tools, and IAM platforms.
    • 8 years of experience maintaining and keeping up with industry standards.
    • 8 years of experience utilizing each of the following frameworks: NIST Cybersecurity Framework, MITRE ATT&CK Framework, and ISO/IEC 27001.
    • 3 years of management experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or an IT Security/Cybersecurity, Access/Identity Governance, Information Security, or a related security role.
    • Experience may be gained concurrently.
    • Hybrid position. Work from home available 1 day and in-office 4 days per week. Must reside within commuting distance from the employer's Dallas, TX office. Various unanticipated locations.
