Job Description Summary
The Sales Training Manager is a strategic leader within the Field Coaching & Development team, responsible for elevating sales performance through impactful training, coaching, and field development. This role partners closely with Sales leadership and Field Sales Managers to identify capability gaps, develop targeted learning solutions, and strengthen the effectiveness of our sales organization.
This is a highly visible, field-focused role that brings training to life in the market through hands-on coaching, real-time observation, and meaningful development conversations. The Sales Training Manager will work seamlessly across the market to build sales capability, reinforce best practices, and equip Field Sales Managers and Sales Representatives with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to drive sustainable business results.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic facilitator, trusted coach, and strategic business partner who can translate organizational priorities into practical field execution and inspire continuous growth across the sales organization.
Job Responsibilities
Implement targeted training programs to enhance the sales team''s skills in alignment with strategic sales objectives.
