Are you a passionate sales leader with a deep appreciation for fine wine and a talent for building high-performing teams? Breakthru Beverage Nevada is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager, On-Premise Fine Wine to lead and inspire a team dedicated to growing our premium wine portfolio across restaurants, hotels, bars, and other on-premise accounts.
In this role, you will drive strategic sales initiatives, cultivate strong relationships with customers and supplier partners, and develop a team of sales professionals who deliver exceptional execution in the marketplace. You will leverage market insights, industry trends, and your passion for fine wine to identify growth opportunities, expand distribution, and elevate the customer experience.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at coaching and developing talent, and possesses a strong understanding of the fine wine category and the on-premise channel.
