What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain the highest standards of fine dining service.
- Coach, train, and motivate staff to continually improve performance.
- Ensure smooth daily operations while working closely with ownership.
- Help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
