Represent and report reliability program metrics to executive management. Mentor and develop staff consistent with best practices and Aji Bio‑Pharma policy. Administer quarterly reviews, one‑on‑one meetings, and performance appraisals.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNEDOversee day‑to‑day reliability activitiesEnsure staff activities are supervised consistent with tactical plansTrain and mentor technical and supervisory staff on best practicesReview department output for customer service and complianceProvide in‑depth technical review of all documents and reportsTravel between facilities to support all functional areasWell‑developed supervisory abilityAbility to work across functional area boundariesAbility to follow up with staff and keep work tasks on trackResults orientedRegular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule]Interface with and direct outside contractors, oversee equipment installationResponsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practicesEmbodies Aji Bio‑Pharma's cultural values and aligns daily actions with department goals and company cultureEducation and ExperienceHigh school Diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferredMinimum of 7 years of relevant engineering experience required3 years leadership/supervisory experienceUnderstanding of plant and equipment reliability preferred4 years cGMP experience preferredWell‑developed hands‑on experience with Process Mechanical Systems including facilities and utility equipmentUnderstanding of pharmaceutical systems and processesLEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIESDirects and provides expert knowledge in the day‑to‑day function of Reliability EngineeringIdentifies, recruits, and retains top‑notch talentChampions Aji Bio‑Pharma's culture and empowers employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goalsCoaches, mentors, engage and develop the team, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and learning opportunitiesSets performance standards and encourages employee engagement and results through delegation, continuous feedback, goal setting, and performance managementMaintains transparent communication.
