You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, or related disciplines
• 2+ years of experience supporting talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or employer brand initiatives
• Proven success developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, audience segmentation, content marketing, and performance marketing
• Experience using digital marketing tools and platforms, including analytics, social media, programmatic advertising, and CRM/ATS technologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impact
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, budgets, and cross-functional projects
• Healthcare, physician recruitment, advanced practice clinician recruitment, or complex talent acquisition marketing experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams

What You'll Do

As the Manager, Recruitment Marketing, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact recruitment marketing initiatives that attract, engage, and convert physician and advanced practice clinician candidates across TeamHealth's growing organization. Working at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Operations, you'll create compelling campaigns that build brand awareness, strengthen talent pipelines, and support long-term workforce growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated recruitment marketing strategies aligned with TeamHealth's employer brand and business goals
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, programmatic advertising, events, and content marketing platforms
• Create audience-focused messaging and marketing strategies tailored to key clinical specialties and talent segments
• Optimize candidate journeys through targeted segmentation, personalization, and conversion strategies
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams to support hiring priorities and workforce growth initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance and hiring outcomes to continually improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment
• Leverage market intelligence, competitor insights, and talent trends to enhance recruitment strategies
• Manage external vendors, agencies, job boards, and advertising partners to ensure quality execution and strong performance
• Support hard-to-fill positions, priority markets, and new business opportunities with targeted recruitment marketing solutions
