Manager Radiation Therapy at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka, CA. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Under the general direction of the AD, CCP, the Manager of Radiation Oncology is responsible for the direction and supervision of the administrative and clinical affairs of Radiation Oncology services. Performs these duties and assures the provision of high quality, clinically competent, customer-oriented service. Serves as the liaison between the areas of responsibility, contract physicians, hospital administration, the medical staff at large, nursing and other departments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy, medical dosimetry or medical physics program.
  • Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Upon hire: California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification, Or
  • Upon hire: California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification
  • 3 years of Supervisory/management experience in an acute care setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration., Or
  • Master''s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration.
  • 5 years of Supervisory/management experience in an acute care setting.

The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
